The ‘If Chloe Can’ charity is all about reaching out to girls and young women to give them careers advice, providing role models as well as practical advice on how to pursue a career.

At the heart of this charity and its programmes is careers advice and its impact on social mobility. The charity successfully opens pupils’ eyes to the opportunities available, supporting them to research career options and realise aspirations they may otherwise have dismissed.

Our new programme C.A.R. is aimed at girls in Years 8 & 9 to help develop the crucial personal skills of Confidence, Assertiveness and Resilience. This is a foundation programme to help prepare for careers progression through the Gatsby Benchmarks; through it we intend to make girls “Gatsby-ready”.
